Everybody can rent house, resort and apartment in the beach. It cost 300-1200 baht.

You can dinner on the beach and restaurant at the Ko Phangan Restaurants. It has many food style such as seafood, fast food, and etc. on the beach.
Where to shop
You can shopping on the wide streets of Tong-Sala. This cozy little store in the main town of Thong Sala sells all their products for 50 baht. It sounds too good to be true but their products are of good quality including many Thai handicrafts which cost much more in other stores. The people running the place also spoke good English and helped give me tips on where to go and what to see on the island.
What activities the tourist can do
A jungle trail to bottle beach in phangan that is an isolated and beautiful beach in koh phangan. Most of the people take a long tail boat to get there, but you should know you also have a jungle trail to this beach.
Apart from the parties and relaxing on one of the many nice beaches there is a lot of fun stuff to do. You can go trekking in the jungle, see and swim in waterfalls, go kitesurfing, elephant riding, snorkling, diving, see or learn Thai boxing, fitness, paintball and so on.
